Thanks to our friend, Pinterest, I have 2 great cardio workouts to offer today!
I rate this 1st one a lower-level cardo. My heart rate elevated & I was puffing, but I wouldn't call this over-challenging. I completed this list in 10 minutes, so repeating depends on how long you want your workout. I performed it yesterday twice and finished with 5 minutes of stretching my legs & back.
#2 is more challenging. It took 25 minutes to repeat this twice, and I felt like collapsing by round 2's end.
Overall, I recommend both. Some of these exercises might be more or less challenging than others, so be sure to substitute as necessary. On #1, I changed 30 seconds of marching in place for light jogging in place, then did another 30 seconds of jogging in place after 30 seconds of knee-high's. For #2, Is substituted jack-knife sit-ups for a modified version as seen here).
