20 hours post Upper Body Circuit Workout
I went through 2 rounds of each circuit, except circuit #4 (legs too sore from previous workout), which I only did 1 round of. Including stretching and my 5 minute warm-up, total workout time was 25 minutes. I used 3 pound weights for most of the exercises, 5 pounds for bicep curls cause biceps are the 1 area I have some strength.
I will definitely repeat this workout routine. It kept things interesting by working all sorts of different muscle groups, was a big challenge (especially the Renegade Rows), and it did keep my heart rate up nicely. Not as high as 25 minutes on the elliptical alone, but I was huffing a bit and sweating, so I call it a success. So much so that I'm looking forward to the next time, when I try the recommended 3 rounds of each circuit.
