Sit with legs bent, feet flat on floor, hands flat on floor approx. 12 inches behind butt, elbows bent.
Straighten arm and lift butt off floor.
Shift weight to left hand, shift legs slightly to the left and reach right arm across body to touch left hand.
Return to start.
Do a set of reps before switching sides.
