Kickboxing Routine

The kickboxing routine I posted a few days ago was a little too upper body and not enough lower body to get the blood flowing for me. After 10 minutes of trying to get my heart rate up I decided it wasn't for me. Today I found a better one:


I went through 30 minutes of this total. I spent a few minutes practicing how to perform each exercise before starting the timer and going through the motions quickly. It instructs to complete the exercise twice. I got through half of it before my legs gave out on me. Love this one! Sweat the fat out! :)
