A Boot Camp Style Workout


Boot Camp Style Workout 

ü 5 minutes on the elliptical
ü 25 squats
ü 15 pushups
ü 50 jumping jacks
Repeat three times.

ü 10-15 squat thrusts
ü 10-15 alternating forward lunges per leg
ü 20 leg lifts
Repeat three times.

ü 1 minute on the elliptical
ü 1 minute plank position


Repeat three times.
