It has taken time, but I'm finally gaining some real appreciation for my time here. Gone is the loathing of San Diego. While there are still things I hate about living in a bigger city as a generalization, it's no longer San Diego specifically that I hate. It has its amazing moments, like this sunrise from my garage as I left for work last week.
I'm learning...
... my social butterfly ways are a good thing, but my independent nature is even better.
...just how deep my ability to survive in tough situations runs.
... my family are the most important people in my life, something I always knew but feel more keenly.
... I have a tendency to under value myself- something I'm working on.
... Hell to me is a place where silence doesn't exist.
... how to eat better and live a healthier lifestyle- it's not just a Hollywood Fad (yes, I thought this...).
... the real value of having patience.
... people you think you have pegged will still surprise you.
This California Experiment may have some pretty important value after all.
