You're running down a flight of stairs. Focus on your belly, your butt, (your boobs if you don't have a bra on), your thighs, even your arms. You don't have to look at them, just think about any sensation as you're running up or down a flight of stairs; do you feel it?

Today I am so un-motivated! I just want to go home and crash in front of the TV the rest of the night. To keep me going I am thinking about this very thing. Every time I run down the stairs I feel my butt and lower belly jiggling. Occasionally my thighs even SLAP together. UGH, how embarrassing! Thank God my husband loves me for me and not my body.
Yep, I'm ready for that elliptical tonight.
