More Home Cardio Workouts

I removed 2 workout posts today. The slow paced one I posted felt too slow paced. The 17 minute "high intensity" workout tweaked my back. I have worked out long enough to know how to target specific muscles in exercise to avoid injury. If I struggle to avoid injury in a specific movement, I won't encourage the exercise. That being said, I need some more workout routines to keep things from growing stale! Found this one, seeking others out. Search will continue...

Update 11/29/12

This morning I was in a kickboxing work-out mood. Sadly, though, I know very few kickboxing moves. 11+ years ago in high school we did Billy Blanks (I think that was his name?) and I enjoyed it, but it's been too long to remember those moves. Then I found this little gem:
